Fit is personal. If a piece isn't right, send it back within 14 days of delivery.
How to start
Reply to your order confirmation email with the item you want to return. We'll send a prepaid label within one working day.
What qualifies
Unworn, unwashed pieces with the original tags attached. Caps and accessories included. For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear are final sale.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Say so in your return email and we'll reserve the replacement while your parcel travels back.
Refunds
Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 working days of the return being received and checked.
